Shipper Support Customer Representative
A large tech company is hiring a Shipper Support Customer Representative to join their transportation team! Must be onsite in Nashville, TN. Job Description The Transportation Operations team is seeking highly skilled and motivated Shipper Customer Support Specialists to assist in the management of daily freight movements flowing into and out of our North American fulfillment centers and our associated fulfillment network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area. An ideal candidate has a background in customer service with excellent communication skills. He / she has the ability to coordinate between multiple parties to ensure high levels of customer service. This job will require exceptional communication skills while having the ability to work independently in a high pressure environment.

Pay and Benefits
