Position Summary

The Assistant Program Manager supports clinic operations, staff development, and the delivery of clinical care. This dual role encompasses both administrative leadership and clinical support, with a clear pathway to becoming a Program Manager.

Responsibilities

Support Program Manager with daily clinic operations, scheduling, and data management

Assist with opening / closing the clinic and ensuring readiness

Mentor and train new Behavioral Therapists (BTs)

Provide clinical support under BCBA / Program Manager guidance

Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and parent trainings

Model professionalism and foster a positive clinic environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree + 12 units toward Master's in Psychology, ABA, Education, or related field

3+ years' experience in ABA, behavioral health, or program coordination

Strong organizational and communication skills

Leadership experience and ability to mentor staff

Flexible and proactive in a fast-paced clinic environment
