Licensed Outpatient Therapist - Mankato MN

CARE Counseling, part of the Optum family of businesses is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our team in Mankato, MN. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

Therapists can choose to work onsite or a hybrid arrangement that includes 2 days / week in the office. There is additional flexibility in the number of billable hours / hours worked per week.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using various approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on Full time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
