POSITION SUMMARY :

The Galveston Bay Refinerys Maintenance Department is seeking a candidate for Heavy Equipment Operator Craft Supervisor position. This position will report to an Area Maintenance Superintendent and / or the Craft Manager. Duties will include prioritization and coordination of daily maintenance activities managing individual and team performance in the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities working with other resources to improve equipment reliability and promoting Managements mission within the hourly workforce.

• Multiple positions will be filled under this posting. The schedule could include Monday through Thursday 10-hour days and / or straight night shift rotation.
