Call Required when shift is cancelled. ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, NIH, NRP required. NYS license required. NIHSS certification required at time of submission. Must have 6 continuing education hours (CEUs) on Stroke related topic prior to start.

Community Hospital. 90 bed facility. Charting System-Paragon. RN : PT is L&D 1 : 1-2 and MB is Couplets : 3. NRP, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required. Scrub exp. preferred, but not required. Proctored EKG exam on Day 1 of contract.

COVID vaccine is NOT required. Provide proof or declination. Flu vaccine or declination required. Mask required if declining - flu deadline 10 / 31.
