Part Time Janitor (Sioux City, IA)

If this is a culture you are striving to be a part of, Billion Auto of Sioux City is now hiring a PART TIME CUSTODIAN / JANITOR!

This position may involve some light facility maintenance work, however primary duties will be custodial.

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of machines / tools
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Valid driver's license / acceptable driving record

About Your Role :

  • Cleans the service and customer areas.
  • Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees.
  • Cleans bathrooms and restocks paper supplies as needed.
  • Performs general construction duties - plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.
  • Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
  • Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
  • Removes all debris from lot.
  • Maintains yard equipment and cleaning supplies.
  • Tending commercial sprinklers and controls
  • Mows lawn, trims shrubbery and cultivates flowers. Waters flower beds and removes debris
