Part Time Janitor (Sioux City, IA)

If this is a culture you are striving to be a part of, Billion Auto of Sioux City is now hiring a PART TIME CUSTODIAN / JANITOR!

This position may involve some light facility maintenance work, however primary duties will be custodial.

Qualifications :

Knowledge of machines / tools
Time management and organization skills
Valid driver's license / acceptable driving record

About Your Role :

Cleans the service and customer areas.

Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees.

Cleans bathrooms and restocks paper supplies as needed.

Performs general construction duties - plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.

Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.

Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.

Removes all debris from lot.

Maintains yard equipment and cleaning supplies.

Tending commercial sprinklers and controls

Mows lawn, trims shrubbery and cultivates flowers. Waters flower beds and removes debris

Other tasks as assigned
