The Job at a Glance

As a Fulfillment Center Specialist at our 100k square foot, state-of-the-art fulfillment center you will work within our fast-paced, distribution environment. Due to our continued growth, we have multiple positions available on our stocking team.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and inventory is accurately maintained. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

The hourly range for this role is $17.00 - $19.50 which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Encompass is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a production bonus depending on the role.
