Senior Software Engineer – Robotics & Automation

Location :   Hartford, CT

Salary Range :   $115,000 - $175,000 (plus bonus programs & relocation assistance)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a   Senior Software Engineer   with strong Java programming skills (or experience in   Python, C++, C# , etc.) and   robotics / automation expertise   to join our software development team. This role is designed for   growth into the Software Development Manager position   within   two years .

Responsibilities :

• Develop and enhance software for   robotics and automation systems .
• Contribute as an   individual contributor , with opportunities for leadership growth.
• Work collaboratively within a   12-person software engineering team .
• Lead and support software development efforts, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
• Apply   technical expertise in robotics, automated equipment, and complex systems .
