Hiring a Long Term Care LVN in Thousand Oaks, CA

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated LVNs to provide exceptional support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We currently have opportunities available across multiple residential facilities and homes in Thousand Oaks. New graduates welcome to apply!

Pay : $34-$36 / hour

Start Date : ASAP

Available Shifts :

Day Shift : Monday-Friday, 6 : 30 AM-3 : 00 PM
PM Shift : Monday-Friday, 2 : 30 PM-11 : 00 PM
Part-Time (Weekends) :
Saturday & Sunday, 6 : 30 AM-3 : 00 PM
Saturday & Sunday, 2 : 30 PM-11 : 00 PM

What You’ll Do :

Deliver skilled nursing care in a warm, supportive Intermediate Care Facility setting.

Develop and implement personalized health care plans for residents.

Administer medications and perform essential medical procedures.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Support and mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

Participate in complex case management and ongoing professional development.
