• Job description / Duties? Outpatient Neurologist
• Reason for opening?(adding or replacing)? Adding 3 providers
• Joining other providers? If so how many? 21 physicians, APPs
• Days / hours / shifts / weekends / Call? Monday-Friday Q4 Hospital Call Friday night and full day Saturday / Sunday 6am to 6pm
• Location / s? Open to discuss
• Comp Range? $300K $350K starting salary
• Any Bonus structure? Sign On-Negotiable
• Partnership options? Opportunity 3rd year
• Experience with any special procedures? EEG EMG
• Patients seen per day? 24+
• Relocation allowance : Negotiable
• Full-time or Part-time? Full-time Only
• Employee or 1099? 1099 only
