A company is looking for an In-House Settlement Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support the firm's settlement function across all practice areas

Lead, supervise, and mentor the settlement team while establishing workflows and best practices

Standardize settlement processes, including documentation and client communication protocols

Qualifications and Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Active license to practice law in California

7+ years of litigation experience with exposure to settlement processes

Experience in settlement administration or trust accounting preferred

Management or team leadership experience preferred
