Type of practice :
o Multi-specialty (23 different specialties), outpatient, physician owned facility. Our main campus is in Fort Walton Beach and we also have satellite offices in Destin, Niceville and Navarre.
- Type of employment :
o First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.
o Neurology : 3 doctors, 1 extender
o Total in clinic : 46 doctors, 24 extenders (PA or ARNP)
o US Resident or Green Card
o Board Certified or Board Eligible (will be required to take the test after completing residency / fellowship)
o Competitive salary with bonuses based on quality and performance

o Paid time off :
20 business days of PTO, Clinic closed 6 holidays, 5 CME Days, Total per year : 31 days / year
o 1 : 4 call from 7 am 5 pm / telephone neurology overnight
o Telephone for office when on call
o Contingent on cases presented when on call and the treatment / testing requirements for that case (EEG s, EMG s, Advance Ancillary Orders, Lumbar Punctures)
o Hospital : Medical Center, located right across the street from Clinic
o We are a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) NCQA certified practice
o In practice for over 70 years, strong presence in the community as the area s largest physician owned, multi-specialty, outpatient clinic
o All of our locations are within 10-20 miles from our main campus in Fort Walton Beach.
o Mid-sized community, large military population, popular vacation destination with beautiful beaches and a coastal lifestyle
o Located within a short road trip away from many southeast metropolitan areas. New Orleans 4 hours, Mobile 1.5 hours, Nashville 6.5 hours, Atlanta 5 hours, Orlando and Tampa 6 hours. We also have an international airport in Pensacola.
