Required Qualifications

12+ years in progressive technology roles, including 5+ years in senior leadership within high-growth organizations

Experience leading engineering teams of 30+ in distributed environments

Proven success in modernizing platforms and leveraging cloud technologies

Hands-on experience with systematic refactoring and platform rebuilds

Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and establish KPIs for accountability
