Role Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective patient care. You will :

• Provide direct care to patients and their families within a supportive team environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to help patients achieve their health goals
• Obtain, document, and report patient data, contributing to the plan of care
• Perform therapeutic measures under the supervision of an RN or MD, contributing to positive patient outcomes
