Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician position available for doctors to provide ongoing care for 3-10 days monthly. Responsibilities include performing GYN surgeries, managing childbirths, and conducting standard OB / GYN treatments with an emphasis on C-sections and nursery admissions. Candidates must be board certified, hold an active Ohio license, and have relevant certifications including ACLS and NRP.

Facility is looking for doctors willing to commit 3-10 days / month, ongoing.

PAY RATE :

$3000 / 24 hour call and $250 / hr call-back. No in house call required.

Job Details

Location : Hospital ER / GYN and L&D call

Total Number of Beds : 10 LDRP, 3 PP, & 1 Triage

Number of Physicians in Practice : 2, 5 CNMS

40%-50% Gyn, 1-4 Gyn surgeries per day

15%-35% C-sections

Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day : 2-5

Avg Daily Census : Newborns 3-4

Avg Daily Census : Peds 0-1 every 2 months

# of beds in nursery 12 Normal Newborn. No Special Care Nursery

Documentation System / EMR : EPIC

PROVIDERS MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE C-SECTIONS + ALL OB / GYN RELATED SURGERIES

60-90 day credentialing timeframe - dependent on how quickly the application is submitted and extensive their history is. Emergency Temp privileged are possible for providers with a clean background and active OH license & DEA.
