Job Summary :

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable warehouse lead to join our growing operation in an established warehouse night shift team. Requires high level supervisory and interpersonal skills. Must have a solid background with the experience and ability to manage the following areas : self-management and workload, scheduling and training of staff, directing a warehouse crew to manage each day efficiently in a section of a large, refrigerated warehouse. Responsible for warehouse inventory, order accuracy, customer service, productivity levels, and equipment and facility maintenance reporting. Coordinates warehouse activities under the direction of the Operation's Warehouse Manager. This position is accountable for ensuring a well-coordinated shift.
