Production Team Partner – Inventory Control Lead
Our Production Team is Kind of a Big Deal!
UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Production / Off-Service Department you will be working as a team to aid the process of validating customer returns and controlling inventory. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing :

Facilitate check-in processes for customer products being returned from Service routes
\t
\t
Review and appropriately process all items returned to Route Service Representatives (RSRs) from customers
\t
\t
Communicate with RSRs to ensure all documentations for returned items are received
\t
\t
Work with RSRs to address and resolve discrepancies between actual returns and
\t
paperwork
\t
\t
Remove products from customer invoices and processing credits to customer accounts, when necessary
\t
\t
Account for and verify that undelivered products are returned to inventory
\t
\t
Maintain records of off-service products
\t
\t
Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner
\t
\t
Ensure compliance with company policies
\t
\t
Manage and perform the verifying processes, as directed.
\t
\t
Provide monthly activity reports
\t
\t
Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
\t
\t
Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
\t
Qualifications
What we’re looking for :

High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
\t
\t
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
\t
\t
Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred
\t
\t
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
\t
\t
Strong time management and organization skills
\t
\t
Strong conflict management skills
\t
\t
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
\t
\t
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
\t
\t
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance
