We’re seeking a dynamic, versatile, and driven Assistant Studio Manager to join our team and help lead us to even greater success.

About the Role :

As the Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and Membership Manager to ensure the studio operates seamlessly, particularly during weekends. This leadership role is split between coaching, team management, and sales / administrative responsibilities, with an emphasis on maintaining high coaching standards and achieving studio targets. This is a 30-hour-per-week role over four days (Friday to Monday), with optional coaching hours available during the week. Pay rates differ for coaching and office sales hours, and significant bonuses are offered for hitting KPIs.
