Job description

Job Description :

  • Perform regular inspections and level / alignment checks on large CNC machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical / technical issues with the machines.
  • Repair or replace defective parts as needed.
  • Calibrate and align machinery to ensure proper functioning.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize machine performance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
  • Create detailed reports / records of maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Machine Tool Technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Pay Range (based on experience level) : $30-$50 / hr + competitive benefit package
