Requirements :

Education & Experience :

MD or DO degree required

Residency training in Psychiatry

Licensure & Certification :

Board Eligible required

Board Certified in Psychiatry within 5 years of start date

Active

Florida medical license required

Must be physically located in Florida to be eligible
