Fan Experience Intern

The Philadelphia Wings are seeking a detail-oriented Fan Experience Intern to join our front office team. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of live sports and entertainment. The Intern will play a key role in enhancing the fan experience by supporting the planning and execution of theme nights, game-day entertainment, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with coordination of in-game promotions, giveaways, and fan engagement activities
• Assist in developing creative ideas to elevate the game day experience
• Contribute to pre-game setup, in-game execution, and post-game breakdown
• Collaborate across departments including marketing, community relations, and game presentation
• Serve as the point of contact for game day vendors
• Help manage and organize promotional materials, signage, and game day props
• Facilitate outreach to local groups targeting them for partnerships aligning with specific theme night and promotional initiatives.
• Organize, label, and manage projects and documents on the existing management system
• Assist with department administration functions as necessary
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Compensation : Base Pay : $8.00

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
