Lead Forklift Operator
Lead Forklift Operator Location : Groveport, OH Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM Pay Rate : $22$23 / hour (based on experience)
Job Overview : We're seeking a skilled Lead Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations at our 2300 facility. This role works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and a small 3-person team to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of materials.
Responsibilities :
- Operate Crown Stand-Up and Sit-Down Electric Forklifts safely and efficiently
- Handle bagged product with care to prevent damage
- Use RF Scan Gun for inventory tracking and product movement
- Lead and assist the warehouse team in daily tasks and priorities
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor with workflow coordination and task delegation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
