Marketing Manager, Resilient Platform Strategy
The Marketing Manager, Resilient Platform Strategy leads the development and execution of a new multi-brand, multi-product platform designed to deliver customer-centric solutions across North America. This role is responsible for building the go-to-market strategy from the ground up, crafting end-to-end marketing communications, and driving measurable growth through full-funnel marketing activation. This role operates in a highly matrixed, multi-brand environment and is responsible for launching a net-new platform with no existing blueprint. It requires strategic vision, creative problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with agility. The Marketing Manager must balance innovation with enterprise alignment, driving results in a dynamic and evolving space.
Bachelors in marketing, business, communications, or related field required. 68 years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, or go-to-market planning. Experience in go-to-market strategy, full-funnel marketing, and campaign development. Strong understanding of multi-brand marketing, customer segmentation, and sales enablement. Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across business units. Skilled in performance measurement, data analysis, and marketing optimization. Excellent communication, project management, and strategic planning skills.
