Job Description

• Manage all aspects of OSHPD-regulated construction projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare building standards.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors and staff, to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain project efficiency.
• Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed on-site.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry standards and OSHPD regulations to ensure compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Superintendent - OSHPD should have :

• Extensive experience managing healthcare construction projects under OSHPD regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee large project teams.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
