Job description

Job Title : IT Project Manager (Agile / Scrum, EDA Remediation, SDLC Delivery)

Location : Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects consisting of multiple deliverables, phases, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as the primary liaison and issuing authority for project updates, meetings, reporting requirements, and scope management.
  • Skilled in timeline management, ensuring all project tasks and milestones are completed according to the defined project plan and schedule.
  • Strong background in Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and Sprint-based delivery models.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the EDA Remediation Project throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), providing strategic direction to project teams and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure clarity and agreement.
  • Define project tasks, dependencies, and resource requirements, ensuring effective utilization of personnel and tools.
  • Monitor and track project deliverables using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
  • Provide regular status reports, progress updates, and issue resolutions to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Present clear project progress reports, identifying challenges, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Participate in the review of technical requirements, UX / UI designs, architecture documentation, testing strategies, and implementation plans to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to ensure project deliverables meet specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain project quality assurance metrics to measure performance and deliverable quality.
  • Manage project scope changes and interventions to ensure successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
