Job descriptionPaid training (4-6 weeks) on OTR routes across Western US. Post-training pay : $1,200-$1,500 / week. Rider / pet policy available after training. Safely operate modern trucks on regional routes. Perform vehicle inspections and comply with DOT rules. Handle no-touch freight with efficient drop-and-hook. Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match after 30 days. PTO, paid holidays, weekly direct deposit. Rider / pet policy and 24 / 7 driver support. 21+ with valid CDL-A; 120+ hours from accredited school (new grads) or 6 months TT experience (experienced). No DUI or major DOT-preventable violations in 5 years. Pass urine and hair drug tests.

Job Details :
- Pay : $0.43-$0.58 CPM (based on experience); $1,200-$1,500+ / week; top 25% earn $1,800 / week.
- Bonuses : Up to $0.08 CPM monthly.
- Miles : 2,100-2,300 / week, 100% no-touch freight, 60% drop-and-hook.
- Home Time : Every other week with 34-48 hr reset; take truck home (no slip seating).
- Orientation : $300 paid, with travel and hotel covered.
