What You’ll Do

• Welcome new patients and families with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression.
• Guide patients through their orthodontic journey — explaining treatment options, financial arrangements, and scheduling next steps.
• Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless communication and patient flow.
• Present treatment plans confidently and help patients understand their investment in care.
• Maintain accurate records and support the administrative and front office team as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone supports one another.
