Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team as the frontline connection between our company and our customers. This role plays a vital part in providing outstanding service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude are key to success in this position.

Key responsibilities include :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims accurately using internal systems.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying root causes and offering effective solutions or escalating when necessary.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM or ERP systems.
• Track and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Shipping, IT, Purchasing, and Product to meet customer needs.
• Consistently meet performance goals including response time, accuracy, service levels, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Hours of operation : Monday to Friday, 5 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM Pacific Time. Work week : 40 hours, with occasional opportunities for overtime.
