Job description

Marketing Program Support

Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships & Experiential, this role will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing programs that strategically support and grow the brand. This person will be expected to work as a collaborative partner with groups across Comcast Business and Comcast as well as with agency partners, event organizers, and others to move work forward with clarity. Primary directives will be to support multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, and act as a subject matter expert to various cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience creating event concepts, project management, evaluating goals & new strategic opportunities, budgeting, securing sponsorships, handling logistics, handling event marketing and communications, coordinating sub-contractors and vendors, and evaluating event effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sponsorship Strategy & Planning Assist in developing and executing sponsorship programs that align with Comcast Business' brand, marketing, and business objectives.
  • Program Execution Manage the CB sponsorship portfolio and end-to-end execution of sponsorships, including event coordination, activation, and on-site support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure sponsorships are integrated into broader campaigns and GTM initiatives.
  • Vendor & Partner Management Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure sponsorship deliverables are executed effectively.
  • Performance Measurement Track sponsorship ROI, gather insights, and provide recommendations to optimize future programs.
  • Brand Representation Ensure Comcast Business' brand is consistently represented in all sponsorship activities and communications
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
