Job descriptionCollaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope. Provide clear communication of product requirements and priorities across teams. Assist in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business needs. Track product performance through KPIs and metrics, including API performance, customer satisfaction, and credit card product uptake. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate product progress and success. 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within Financial Services or a related domain. Proven experience working with APIs and understanding their application within the product ecosystem. Exposure to payments product management and payment processing systems is highly desirable. Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Ability to translate customer needs and business goals into product requirements. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product management platforms is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Understanding of API concepts, API documentation, and integration processes. Experience with credit card systems, payment gateways, fraud detection, and financial regulations is an advantage.

We are seeking a Product Manager / Owner to join our dynamic team within the Financial Services domain. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of financial products with a strong focus on API and payment solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver best-in-class product experiences.
