As a Security Professional - Mall Site - Driving Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, you will monitor and conduct regular patrols throughout the premises, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with the public, provide excellent customer service, and respond professionally to any situations that arise. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property using a company vehicle. What Youll Do : Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using training to manage situations that may arise within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall environment and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues. Observe and report security-related incidents or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel and / or authorities. Support access control at entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies. Assist customers, visitors, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence at the location. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and onsite leadership to maintain awareness of site operations and / or specific client needs. Minimum Requirements : At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
