Responsibilities

Client Acquisition : Proactively seek out and engage potential business clients to expand the agency's commercial lines portfolio.

Consultative Selling : Understand the unique needs of commercial clients to provide personalized insurance solutions that meet their specific needs.

Policy Management : Oversee the administration of clients policies, ensuring accuracy and timely renewals.

Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with clients to foster long-term business relationships.

Networking : Attend industry events, seminars, and local business networking gatherings to build contacts and generate leads.

Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services that benefit the client and enhance their coverage.

Requirements

Licensing : Must possess a valid Texas Property & Casualty license.

Experience : Minimum of two years in commercial insurance sales or a similar role.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.

Client-Focused : Strong customer service skills with a knack for building lasting relationships.

Sales Acumen : Proven track record in sales and ability to meet or exceed targets.
