Litehouse Foods is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team in providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure order accuracy and timeliness, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Supervise and support the daily activities of the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Monitor order fulfillment performance, proactively resolving customer issues and delays.
Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve service goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure smooth coordination of customer requirements.
Analyze service metrics and prepare reports to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Foster strong customer relationships through professional, proactive communication and follow-up.
Lead by example in handling escalated issues with professionalism and care.
Implement strategies that drive efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field OR a combination of education, training and experience may be substituted.
5-7 years of customer service or order management experience.
2-4 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (preferred).
Proficiency in ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
Strong understanding of order management, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
