About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Policy and Program Officer (CPPO) to lead its strategic efforts in reshaping public education. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and advancing evidence-based policy solutions that have a transformative impact on the education system, particularly for underserved students. They should be adept at coalition building, and collective action, and leading a high-performing team. The role demands a strategic, hands-on leader who can balance the big picture with attention to detail, and who is passionate about making a difference in public education. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree being a plus, and a strong commitment to the values of equity and opportunity in education is essential.
