Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a team of coaches, managing member services, performing administrative duties, complying with operational procedures, assisting members, generating revenue, and achieving monthly revenue objectives.

Qualifications include in-depth knowledge of personal training techniques, a minimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym, a minimum of one year of related experience, and experience in management / employee relations.
