LifeMoves is the largest provider of interim housing and support services in the Bay Area. LifeMoves served over 7,500 clients last year and helped more than 2,000 people return to housing and stability, with 86% of families and 67% of individuals engaging in their programs achieving outcomes. LifeMoves offers interim housing and services across multiple communities from Daly City to San Jose, providing temporary housing with intensive, customized case management to support clients in returning to and sustaining stable housing. POSITION PURPOSE
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer is the second-in-command for the agency and a key member of the executive team. The COO will help scale LifeMoves’ operations regionally, leading programs responsible for efficacy, development, evaluation and learning, human resources, and site operations. The COO will unify and integrate programs, develop new processes, build internal capacity, and implement programs and services to meet near- and long-term objectives.
The Chief Operating Officer directly supervises four Vice Presidents who oversee Programs and Services, Impact and Learning, Human Resources, and Facilities. The COO is a seasoned executive with experience scaling complex programs and implementing research-backed improvements, with a commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, employee well-being, and giving voice to the lived experiences of those served.
This role qualifies for a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Base salary : $275,000.00 - $325,000.00.
