Sales Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support sales operations across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales Management on business planning and strategy

Analyze sales and pipeline trends, productivity, and performance

Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or similar roles

Deep understanding of sales models and processes

High proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce.com, and Excel / Google Sheets

Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization
