Job Title : Assistant General Manager – Collision Center

Position Overview :

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the collision center, supporting financial goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to maintain efficient workflows, uphold safety standards, and exceed performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the General Manager in setting, monitoring, and achieving location-specific financial goals.

Maintain efficient, safe operations to maximize business capacity and profitability.

Assist in managing estimating, production, and front office duties.

Supervise day-to-day operations including ,scheduling repairs, and quality control.

Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery by monitoring production schedules and workflow.

Foster customer satisfaction by handling concerns and maintaining clear communication.

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.

Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications :

Proven leadership experience in a collision center.

Strong business and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Professional attitude and ability to lead by example.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with insurance companies.

Proficiency in CCC and estimating systems.
