Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details : \n

  • Work 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM shifts

    • \n

  • Must take call as required

    • \n

  • Previous experience circulating in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures required

    • \n

  • Neurosurgical and General / Robotic experience preferred but not required

    • \n

  • Work with 17 operating rooms providing comprehensive surgical services

    • \n

  • Utilize various equipment including electrosurgical units, Neptune suction, and patient positioning devices

    • \n

  • Document using Meditech system

    • \n

  • Perform procedures including total joints, spine fusions, neurosurgical procedures including craniotomies, robotic procedures, general surgical procedures, urology, and cardiovascular procedures including open heart

    • \n

  • Required certifications : CST National certificate, BLS, Tennessee nursing license

    • \n

  • Must demonstrate critical thinking and customer service skills

    • \n

  • Scrubs provided by facility

    • \n

  • Work with cutting-edge Synaptive Medical Modus V robotic digital microscope for neurosurgical procedures (only system in Tennessee)

    • \n

  • Surgery Board Runner support available
