Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Home Health
MLR is partnering with a respected local health system to fill full-time, permanent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a compassionate, patient-centered team focused on delivering high-quality care in a collaborative and supportive environment. $7,500 available for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Nursing Care : Provide hands-on nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and carrying out care plans.
- Patient Observation : Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Clinical Procedures : Assist with clinical tasks such as wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and more.
- Daily Living Support : Help patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Documentation : Accurately document patient care, treatments, and observations in electronic medical records (EMR).
