• $1000 housing allowance - 1st six months of employment

• What You'll Do :
• Lead daily rehab operations and support a collaborative, multi-discipline therapy team
• Provide patient care alongside your leadership responsibilities
• Manage scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and department goals
• Develop programs and ensure compliance and clinical excellence
• Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and referral partners
• What You'll Need :
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• WA PT license (or eligibility)
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
