Job Title : Surgical Technologist (Allied) – Duluth, GA Shift Type : 8-Hour Day Shifts Pay Rate : $45 – $48 per hour (W2) Location : Duluth, Georgia Duration : 13+ Weeks (with possible extension)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist (Allied) to join a leading healthcare facility in Duluth, GA. The ideal candidate will assist surgeons and healthcare professionals in the operating room, ensuring a sterile and efficient environment throughout surgical procedures.

Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures. Sterilize, arrange, and handle surgical instruments and supplies. Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies. Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols. Monitor equipment and report any issues to appropriate personnel. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and care quality.

Qualifications Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification. Minimum 1–2 years of recent surgical / operating room experience preferred. Current BLS certification required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
