Job Summary :
As a Service Desk Engineer - Level II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition and onboarding of new clients, as well as managing offboarding and project refreshes. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating onboarding processes, managing project buildouts, and overseeing the use of project management tools like NetSuite. Your role will require meticulous attention to detail in systems review and quality control across various platforms, including Salesforce and Smartsheet, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. You will conduct comprehensive 90-day reviews to ensure client services meet or exceed expectations.
Your responsibilities will also include managing Building Systems Refresh Projects and Brand Initiative Projects, involving direct communication with clients to confirm specifications and ensure quote accuracy. You will oversee the annual CAPEX / OPEX budget creation, client reviews, and provide quotes aligned with brand standards, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment of services with client needs.
