Job Summary :

As a Service Desk Engineer - Level II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition and onboarding of new clients, as well as managing offboarding and project refreshes. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating onboarding processes, managing project buildouts, and overseeing the use of project management tools like NetSuite. Your role will require meticulous attention to detail in systems review and quality control across various platforms, including Salesforce and Smartsheet, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. You will conduct comprehensive 90-day reviews to ensure client services meet or exceed expectations.

Your responsibilities will also include managing Building Systems Refresh Projects and Brand Initiative Projects, involving direct communication with clients to confirm specifications and ensure quote accuracy. You will oversee the annual CAPEX / OPEX budget creation, client reviews, and provide quotes aligned with brand standards, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment of services with client needs.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects for both external clients and internal teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate on-site and remote resources for site surveys, migrations, and project tasks.
  • Create and maintain project plans to meet Allbridge standards and client expectations.
  • Manage and update project deliverables in Salesforce and / or NetSuite.
  • Issue and track purchase orders and invoices for assigned projects as required.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party vendors to fulfill project scopes.
  • Conduct onboarding training for newly onboarded clients.
  • Perform final quality control checks to ensure all services meet Allbridge standards.
  • Conduct 90-day service and business reviews with new clients and provide feedback to internal teams.
  • Create and update annual capital and operational budgets for managed services clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather quotes based on client technology needs.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT managed services / help desk, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience managing various IT products and services.
  • Proven skills in managing third-party vendors and timelines.
  • Strong interest in project management.
  • Advanced computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of operating systems and network administration.
  • Project management and leadership skills for effective team management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear coordination.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to keep projects on track.
  • Excellent resource planning and task scheduling abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Ability to be on call one week per month for critical support issues.
