Rattle is building the first AI-powered Revenue Intelligence Platform, solving the most critical problem in B2B sales : 75% of companies miss their revenue forecasts because the entire revenue tech stack depends on manual seller input and CRM guesswork.

The Problem We're Solving : Every Monday morning across 500,000 companies worldwide, revenue teams gather to answer three questions : Which deals will close? For how much? By when? This is solely based on the seller’s version of reality. Hence, revenue leaders spend more time inspecting deals than executing on them.

We're targeting the $2B+ forecasting market currently dominated by solutions that customers find disappointing due to their dependence on manual data hygiene. We are at an early stage of this product with a clear path to explosive growth, leveraging our experience & network in building Rattle over the last 5 years. Join us in eliminating the manual drudgery of revenue operations and building the future where forecasting is automatic, accurate, and actionable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Built scalable systems from scratch for 5K+ daily active users
• Deep experience with distributed systems, API design, and database architecture
• Strong infrastructure automation and DevOps skills
• Codes daily and owns end-to-end deployments
• Energized by fast-paced, scrappy startup environments
• Architects microservices and CI / CD pipelines
• Makes quick infrastructure decisions optimizing for performance and cost
• Builds robust monitoring and alerting systems
• Thrives in ambiguous environments and handles production issues
