Your Role

Serve as the on‐site anesthesiologist, providing leadership and expertise across a diverse range of cases, including endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, podiatry, ENT, healthy pediatrics, ophthalmology, and more.

Evaluate patients preoperatively to develop accurate, individualized anesthetic plans.

Determine and administer appropriate anesthesia dosages during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative experience.

Monitor patients' vital signs and manage any medical issues that arise during surgery.

Coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, high‐quality care.

Guide patients through recovery, ensuring a smooth transition post‐procedure.

What We're Looking For

More than 5 years' experience as an anesthesiologist, with a proven track record of excellence in clinical care.

Board certification (or eligibility) through ABA or AOBA in anesthesiology.

Illinois state license or the ability to obtain one.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to compassionate, patient‐centered care

Leadership qualities and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‐paced hospital setting.
