  • Responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and more

\n

  • Maintain excellent standard of communication with supers, clients, PEs, and others

    • \n

  • Managing projects from $5M- $30M in size

    • \n

  • Manage projects in the Commercial, health care, multi-family, light-industrial, and other spaces

    • \n

  • Contribute to a positive and encouraging work environment in a meaningful way

    • \n

  • Handle a full ground up job from start to finish

    • \n \n

  • 5-15 years of PM experience

    • \n

  • Multiple years of experience with a General Contractor

    • \n

  • Strong technical aptitude within the corresponding industries

    • \n

  • Ground up project experience

    • \n

  • Construction degree is strongly preferred

    • \n

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

    • \n \n \n

  • Well established company that was founded 40 years ago and is consistently growing

    • \n

  • General contractor and developer

    • \n

  • About 250 total employees across the US and about 35 locally

    • \n

  • Specialize in Commercial, Healthcare, Multi-family, Light-Industrial, Office Space, Government and maintain capabilities across basically every market

    • \n

  • Company typically stays in the Midwest market but will go to the coasts

    • \n

  • Have absorbed multiple companies in the last 5 years showing consistent growth

    • \n \n \n

  • Extremely lucrative base salary

    • \n

  • Bonus potential up to 20%

    • \n

  • Vehicle allowance from $500-$700 / month

    • \n
