We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are spotless, organized, and comfortable. Your attention to detail and exceptional service skills will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing across designated areas.
  • Ensure all rooms, common areas, and restrooms meet our quality standards for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Change bed linens and make beds in guest rooms and accommodations as needed.
  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens in a timely manner.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Handle all cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to procedures.
  • Assist in laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
  • Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate any replenishment needs.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Qualifications :
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Good physical condition to perform repetitive tasks and handle cleaning equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
