Brand Partnerships Intern

The Position Brand Partnerships Intern

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.

What This Role Will Do

Assist in researching and identifying potential brand partners across key categories.

Support development of sponsorship proposals, recap reports, and pitch decks.

Assist with advertising agency outreach and research tracking key contacts, RFPs, and planning cycles.

Support the build of media-focused sales materials (e.g., audience insights, paid social opportunities, influencer integrations).

Collaborate with the Creator Network team to help compile creator lists, campaign performance metrics, and social media reporting.

Participate in team brainstorms and creative ideation sessions.

Assist with event preparation, credentialing, and onsite brand management where needed

Preferred Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree (rising junior or senior) preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field

Recent Graduate, Junior or Senior Standing

Strong writing, research, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with digital advertising, social media metrics, or creator / influencer marketing is a plus.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment with multiple ongoing projects.

Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours (
