A company is looking for a Scheduler Coordinator (Hybrid Cary NC).
Key Responsibilities
Utilize automated systems to schedule assessments for completion by Registered Nurses in various settings
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions during the scheduling process
Initiate outbound communication with beneficiaries and providers to efficiently schedule assessments and resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within the healthcare industry
Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience
Minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience, preferably in a call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and access to high-speed internet
